Happy Thursday! How is your week going? Mine has been definitely been busy with work during the day, family in the mornings and evenings, and this blog at night. As busy as I am I wouldn’t have it any other way! It’s been a little while since I’ve done a post about office attire. Considering this is how I dress 80% of the time, I thought I would do a post on office-friendly looks for fall. When shopping for office attire, Loft is one of my favorite places to shop. They always have great looking dresses, professional-looking pants, and stylish tops too. And right now Loft is having an amazing sale – 40% off your entire purchase (including sale items) with code FALLFEST. So today I thought I’d show you a few of my favorite Loft pieces and I wanted to show you multiple ways to style them! So keep reading…

Loft Herringbone Knit Modern Blazer
I love wearing blazers during the fall season. They are a great way to add a level of sophistication to any outfit. A good blazer is versatile and you should be able to dress it up or down. And this is definitely true with this Loft herringbone knit blazer. This is one of my favorite purchases of the fall season! The neutral grey color can be styled countless ways for work or casually. It is made of a thicker cotton material and is fully lined, which makes it great to wear in cooler weather. And it even has patches on the elbows, which adds a really nice touch! This blazer does run a bit large. I am wearing a “0” here and even that is slightly large on me. This blazer has been so popular that it is sold out in most of the smaller sizes, though this one from Loft looks virtually identical.

As I said, there are countless ways to style this blazer! Here I am wearing this floral button shell also from Loft. This top is lightweight, which makes it great for layering in the cooler months. In warmer months this top stands on it’s own. I love the mix of violet, aqua blue and black colors too!
Loft Skinny Ankle Pants in Curvy Fit
When the weather starts to become cooler, I actually prefer to wear pants to work. For many years I did this year long as I was a pumping mom for almost a decade and it was out of necessity. But now I like them not only because they look nice, but they are more practical than a dress once the weather gets cold. And that’s why I decided to get these Loft skinny ankle pants. They are definitely petite friendly. These pants are comfortable and the construction is high-quality. I love the dark blue-grey color too! Here I am wearing my typical 2 petite and they fit well.

Loft Herringbone Blazer Styled a Second Way
As I said before, this blazer is so versatile! You could literally wear it with just about anything. It looks just as good with pastel colors (such as these pants and this cami) as it does darker colors. And if you wear it with slacks or a skirt to the office, it is just as easy to throw on some jeans for a chic yet casual evening outfit.

Loft Ponte Flippy Skirt
A black A-line skirt such as the one I am wearing here is another great foundation piece to have in your wardrobe. The A-line cut is flattering on just about every body type, and especially petite body types! The material is substantial, yet lightweight enough to wear on a warmer fall day. And the flip at the bottom really makes this skirt look feminine. And the length is just right – even in the coldest winter months this skirt would look great with a pair of black OTK boots. The fit is TTS – I am wearing the XS and it fits perfectly.

Loft Striped Henley Shell
I just love the way a striped top looks with a blazer. When you wear stripes with a solid blazer it adds a really nice contrast to the entire outfit. Which is why I decided to wear the blazer/skirt combo with this striped henley shell.  This is a nice lightweight top that is great for layering. And I love the ruffle detail at the neckline and sleeves!

I received so many complements both times I wore this Loft blazer! And this blazer is one of those pieces you can wear again and again, year after year.
