Linda Miller Nicholson is a real pasta queen. She makes her own fabulously colorful pasta. To color it she uses only natural ingredients (vegetable coloring). Nicholson’s foodie fame didn’t happen overnight. While she spent many years in both the front and back of restaurants, dialed into her pasta passion while living in Torino. Nicholson eventually developed recipes for more than 25 different colored doughs. Revolutionised past making and became social media influencer and pasta artist.
