Life looks very different now that we have a 1 year-old in the mix, but that hasn’t stopped us from trying our darnedest to tackle every single room we possibly can to make our 1960 colonial feel more like home.

We’re still nowhere close to being finished and have huge renovation plans for the future like for the kitchen, a small addition, and a master bathroom gut job, but coming this far just shows exactly how transformative simple DIY projects and paint changes can be.
We’re moving a LOT slower over here this year thanks to the world going crazy, but that’s okay. Slow downs are good and so important. And our current situation makes me extra thankful for this home we’ve worked so hard for so that our little family can enjoy all the time in it.
I can’t begin to thank y’all enough for being here through our home project adventures and encouraging us to keep sharing. YOU are the reason this blog even exists in the first place, and you have made so many of our dreams a reality.
