Back to school is almost here in NC and both of my kiddos couldn’t be more excited! Henry will be going into 3rd grade and Olive is starting Kindergarten! Bittersweet for sure! Henry’s confidence going in to a new school year makes me so happy – I just can’t believe he is one of the “big kids” at his school this year! To be honest, Henry wears mostly sports gear to school – shorts year round, socks up to his knees, all boy all day! For the first day of school, he will probably wear one of his favorite Vineyard Vines polos and a pair of shorts, but the rest of the year will most likely be his baseball tees and gym shorts… boy moms know – you win some, lose some… and I think he’s pretty cute decked out in his teams swag!
If you followed me last year, you know that Oli was SO disappointed that she wasn’t starting Kindergarten yet… She is absolutely thrilled to be going to school with her “brudder”! Olive is so excited to pick out a new backpack, lunch box, and new school shoes – here are a few of her favorites!
