Police issue image in hunt for man with images of woman’s 'upper leg on his phone’ after upskirting
The incident took place on a Piccadilly line service on July 12 at around 7.30pm near King's Cross Underground station. The woman saw a man was filming her at inappropriate angles up her skirt.
